About Byers & Byers, P.A.
Bruce Byers
Bruce Byers founded Byers & Byers, P.A. in 1962. He was deeply committed to public service and was awarded the Bergen County Volunteer of the Year, along with his wife, Sue. Additionally, he provided pro bono legal services to numerous organizations. He was also board chair of Holley Child Care Center, spearheaded the Ridgewood Senior Citizen Housing project, and chaired the Van Neste town park restoration.
This dedication to the community continued after Bruce moved to Cornwall, VT, where he built homes with Habitat for Humanity, served meals to the homeless and shut-ins, and sat on the boards of over a dozen charities. Bruce passed away in 2024, but his compassionate care and legal expertise continue through Byers & Byers, P.A.
